Details-Vendor Entitlements

There will be two Community Outreach Specialists who will engage the crowd to attract new prospective clients and then direct those clients to you. You will have access to the following:

- Wi-Fi

- Power for your Laptop and Phone

- A seating area for client meetings

- Access to pre-event attendee registration data in order to prepare customized offers for those attendees

Beyond the anticipated attendees and static prospects, we will launch a multichannel marketing campaign directly targeting up to 3000 citizens who fit our targeted audience in hopes of converting 1% or more. Targeted Demographics: Employed individuals aged likely ranging from young adults to middle-aged individuals who are interested in financial matters, business, and entrepreneurship. They may fall within the age range of 25 to 55 years old.

-CAN-SPAM compliant and deliverable email addresses

-DNC-compliant telemarketing numbers

-Targeted local event: 3-mile radius social media ads

-We will post posters with a QR code for people to register in the lobbies of local buildings with the building management's permission.

Once the prospective client registers, they will receive a complimentary pre-event 30-minute financial consultation. A profile will be created for the client, and if your services are required by that client, you will receive their profile and be able to contact them and schedule a face-to-face meeting with them at the event.

Due to our promotional efforts, it's highly likely that you will have 10-20 converted clients BEFORE THE EXPO DATE, and they will just be attending for the convenience of meeting you face to face.

The odds are you will have 10-20 vetted prospective clients before the event who are coming to their local event for the convenience to meet you face-to-face.

What is the structure of the pop-up Booth?

The pop-up booth comprises a 10x20ft tent structure enclosed on three sides, adorned with Generational Wealth Promotions branding. It features tables serving as workstations for outdoor events. For indoor events, vendors will utilize a 6ftx2.3ft folding plastic table adorned with a table wrap featuring your company's logo.

How does the Community Outreach Specialist engage the crowd?

Community outreach specialists will be armed with trifold brochures that will feature your company's services, along with those of other FinServ vendors at the Expo. They will approach event attendees respectfully, asking them if they feel comfortable with their financial well-being, then open a dialog guide them to the visually appealing Generational Wealth Development pop-up.

Do I have to come personally as the owner of the company, or can I assign a representative?

You can certainly assign a representative to your vendor slot. Additionally, you are allowed room to have one assistant with you to handle the hopeful overflow of prospective clients waiting to inquire about your services.
