The pop-up booth comprises a 10x20ft tent structure enclosed on three sides, adorned with Generational Wealth Promotions branding. It features tables serving as workstations for outdoor events. For indoor events, vendors will utilize a 6ftx2.3ft folding plastic table adorned with a table wrap featuring your company's logo.

How does the Community Outreach Specialist engage the crowd?

Community outreach specialists will be armed with trifold brochures that will feature your company's services, along with those of other FinServ vendors at the Expo. They will approach event attendees respectfully, asking them if they feel comfortable with their financial well-being, then open a dialog guide them to the visually appealing Generational Wealth Development pop-up.

Do I have to come personally as the owner of the company, or can I assign a representative?

You can certainly assign a representative to your vendor slot. Additionally, you are allowed room to have one assistant with you to handle the hopeful overflow of prospective clients waiting to inquire about your services.
